I've got the insuffecient funds message severally with like 15bob cred. Used to just top up with as little as 20 and it works fine onwards without being ripped off. I know there's someone on-list who deals with this billing stuff on Safaricom. Please enlighten us.

Yeah, it used to (Is the offer still on?) Tip, isntead of loading more than 250, load in multiples of 250 to get 8 minutes each Tip number 2. load 50+100+100 to get 10 min instead of 8 minutes
