Hi TheBigBoss,
I understand your predicament. I recently replaced a Samsung Series 5 with the Sony KDL 40EX520.
For someone who doesn't have the smart media player like the WDTV live, I would recommend the all in one package that the KDL offers. Complete with WiFi capabilities, Digital Audio out to an AVR/Home theater and plenty of Video connectivity options.

Well i echo the above. Sony have good products. Been using sony products since long time till now and havent had a hitch with them. Whereas i have had no first hand experiences of others mentioned brands here, i truly find them just aesthetic/outlook appeal but performance-wise seem lacking. If i need an electronic SONY brad comes first!

Several of my friends have had to change "some brands" in favour of Sony.
Their prices however aren't friendly in most cases though.
Disclaimer: I dont work for sony, know anyone at sony or a shareholder at sony or own a sony shop - Nah!

Hi,
I want to buy an Internet TV...
Last year, I had a look at the Sony TV, but I wasn't really convinced... then I heard about the Samsung TV but I haven't tried it... then heard about the Google TV (which is not available yet) and after doing some searches I found out you can even purchase a buddy box that sits between TV and decoder.
Now, big question, should I go for the Samsung TV or wait for the Google TV or buy the Google Buddy Box?
Please share your experience.
Thanks
