Is this all you get? These are just the headers. The real reason why that message failed is not given. Please give it out as well:-)

I have tested with addreses from 3 different domains and they all failed.

(But many other mails just come thru without a problem)

I have checked the blacklist and spam blocker and they all seem ok

I have tried to talk to the support at wananchi but they haven’t been of any help

This is a stupid reason for rejecting an e-mail at server level since it has no way of causing any damage, bar for giving hard time to the final reader.

The solution to your problems are not quite clear if you don't let us know everything there is. Here are two servers involved: Your MDaemon and Wananchi's Exim/Postfix probably.
