Skunks, Just wondering whether there is anyone from Orange on this list to hear this. Whenever I call to report on an issue (faulty line etc), the customer service staff have to keep me on hold as they walk to a place where they create a ticket and then return to give me the reference number. On average it takes 3 -5 minutes of holding. I'm just wondering if it is a capacity issue or a resource issue that makes it impossible to have computers on their desk so they can create tickets fast enough as I'm concerned how much time is being wasted in total as they walk to create the ticket and as the customer waits. Is this good customer service really? regards, James
