Okechukwu must be running Postfix and should be in a position to help:-) My MTA of choice has always been Exim, fortunately or otherwise.
I hope there are MTA gurus on this list, but again the wheel must already be out there. Google might help. Keywords - "postfix dkim spf". In the thread that Okechukwu mentioned, I see someone say that having your PTRs match the HELO/EHLO name of yout MTA should also help.
