[Skunkworks] This is really odd - no Internet and Smartphone slowing down on Safcom..

On Safcom 3G.... I am able to access local sites but not int'l sites - this is okay for me, because I can use a proxy on another network for int'l sites, but ... My smartphone, a Garmin Asus M10, also joining in the dance is a bit weird... network signal keeps fluctuating and so the phone is like hanging (of course it's running Windows Mo 6.5)..
