When well positioned, the microsim works just like your normal sim. I have done this a couple of times while helping a client. I have also migrated most to prepaid plans where payment is via MPESA or any other payment solution eg Sambaza. Works perfect.

The Micro-SIM from Safaricom comes with an adapter that allows you to use the card in any device that uses a Mini-SIM.
