Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or ICT
• Minimum 4 years of experience with implementing, and managing hardware and software solutions from a UNIX background.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with IT Project Management
• Mentoring and overseeing work of junior team members
• Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 4, 5 and 6; Centos
• System Provisioning: Kickstart, PXE, Cobbler, cfEngine, Package Management
• Storage: NetApp Network Attached Storage; NetApp ONTAP 7 and 8; vFiler; NFS; CIFS; Autofs with NIS and LDAP maps
• Print Queues: CUPS
• Authentication: NIS, LDAP, Red Hat Directory Server, Active Directory
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi 5.0)
• Networking: 10GbE, iSCSI, TCP/IP, SSH, RSYNC, FTP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, HTTP
• Scripting / Programming: PERL, bash, C, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Database: MySQL
• Server Monitoring: Nagios
• Remote Server Administration: HP iLO, IBM IMM
• Linux Productivity Tools: Open Office and Thunderbird email client
