I just left Jumia offices on Wetlands to complain on the same and why the same fake item is still on the site and they say they can't withdraw it. They would refund me if I had the item but the the item is still on site and being advertised everwhere. Pains my heart. I dont even want a refund but it would be my joy go see them sell original stuff only. They say they can't open a product to confirm if it's original so they'll deliver it to you the way it is.
