I am looking forward to the day that the government will borrow via M-Pesa, where there will be a menu to buy T-bills on M-Pesa. KenyansforKenyans was a good indicator.
Maybe counties can start by borrowing via M-Pesa. Will encourage savings and interest is paid back to the economy
