Its an early prototype... a sneak preview for anyone who is interested.
We optimised it for mobile as much as we could. We kept it light by using leaflet mapping (which uses openStreetMap data) over google maps, and avoided the use of any JS/CSS frameworks by labouring away by writing our own JS code. We're also thinking of caching data on localstorage... our next milestone. I also have a cool template for tablet lovers, which will be the "mpango-wa-kando" milestone to that other milestone.
Anyways... tinker away with it. There's a page for quick feedbacks somewhere in there too.
Oh... if data is inaccurate/missing (like mandera county), it coz the API appears to be returning inconsistent data only is some **rare* *occasions. But of course, the hardworking techies at IEBC (or Google) will that sorted out soon.
