They basically need someone with knowledge on more than 1 CS Core equipment - That means any integrator specializing on 1 equipment is not at an advantage..  Unless one has more than 5-6 yr experience i.e working on different equipment to develop competencies in the 6 mentioned equipments.<br>
<br>So I guess O&amp;M and Network Support guys guys are at an advantage here because they work on several equipment at once (but they are not good at integration) - its a paradox !<br>
