Thats why most companies can afford to stay without an IT dept or even IT personnel since the previous one only formatted word documents and most other problems are sorted by their ISPs.

If Martin threatens his ISP that he will move to the competition, I guess they will format his computers free of charge and not employ a single person or the two ladies proposed.
