@Chege,I bought my modem at 10K before they started subsidizing them if that is what they are doing now that they are costing 3K. I therefore own mine outright and I am having the same kind of issues you are having. Immediately you get an answer to this, please let me have it so they can sue us together - I really can't wait for that day - we are all going to be free again. Freedom at last it will be! I am sure the Chinese could have such a device. But they always get the software wrong.
