This reminds me of a couple years ago during the East African IGF
hosted by KICTANET at KICC - after a session on the impact of mobile
telephony a guy from Western stood and stoneface - very aggressively
accused the panel which included CCK of hiding the truth from Kenyans
that mobile phones "maliza nguvu ya mwanaume" and demanding that the
so called "herbal phones" that are in use in the West be type approved
and made widely available so that men could perfom in bed and fulfil
their conjugal duties.

I was the moderator for the panel and it was all I could do to to keep
myself from falling off the platform and choking myself to death on
the laughter that exploded!
