Is there any engineer from Orange on this forum?

I'd like to know if  there a way Orange can give Internet connectivity at either of the following locations (they are almost next to each other):

1.      N 00° 14.578', E 36° 49.171' 

2.      N 00° 14.986', E 36° 48.592'

I am looking at something like 1Mbps connection to the Internet.

I don’t want VSAT solution, for that is what I use currently at the location.

Orange wireless phones work at that location, but the quality is not that good.

Safaricom have confirmed to me that there is no way (under the sun) that they can give service at this location.
