I think if you are good in programming, the language or framework really doesn't matter. You can pick one up and be up and running in a week or so. Similarly, other "departments" such as networking, database management etc comes naturally to any "good" programmer.

In my view, these mean the same thing

- Deep knowledge and experience with iOS and Android native Apps development
- Experience with mobile application development environments
- Very good knowledge / programming skills in Objective-C (IOS Apps)
- Very good knowledge / programming skills in JAVA (Android Apps)

If one is good at those, surely they can manage some sort of mysql database and do some php/ajax coding!
