
I'll throw Kili into the ring. We have object storage which is available via a RESTful API and is billed per GB-Month. We're in private beta now so it's free but the price will be 6.88Kshs/GB/Month. If it's Windows you could use something like: http://www.cloudberrylab.com/free-openstack-storage-explorer.aspx and for Linux/UNIX there are myriad clients.
