Issue is, the documentation <http://wiki.squid-cache.org/Features/Tproxy4> looks rather straight forward but it does not run as expected and no error are logged. I even had libcap2 and libcap2-dev installed as advised here as a prerequisite <http://www.pubbs.net/squid/200905/102892/> but still no success.
