[Skunkworks] Electronic Signature Device (ESD) Software

Hi all, Do you know of anyone who deals in a software solution compatible with Linux that has a PDF generation feature? Such a system must have an API as I'm integrating it with some in-house software. I'm looking to go paperless while appeasing the KRA chaps.
