[Skunkworks] Help: MS Outlook Won't Store Sent Items

A friend is having issues with MS outlook; no sent mail is saved in the 'Sent Items' even after this options has be set in the settings. This is affecting two machines on the same network; I don't know of the rest. One is MS Outlook 2007 and the other MS Outlook 2003. What could this be?
