This is a clear example of a digital study executed badly. If we want to gauge the real Internet user situation in Kenya I am not sure that doing it online is the most reliable format as it leaves the heart of the question out of the equation: Who needs access and doesn't have it? I would agree that I am not sure that the survey tool utilized was as well organized as it could have been. I also wonder who was sent a link to the survey and who was left out. what was the methodology utilized for sampling? It seems to be the results will be skewed.
