HI, I got it in industrial area. How to manually select 3Gnetwork on modem: For the modem on mobile partner go to >>tool>>options>>network>> then change network type to WCDMA only after it network status bar changes from edge to wcdma you can change back to wcdma preffered.Enjoy.
