Great Kenyans,
Please send me contacts of reputable agencies/agents/messengers/individuals who someone can pay to queue at Times Tower and get some information; for example, do a car search when provided with the cars registration. I would expect them to pay the KRA the required Ksh. 500/- from their pocket and I reimburse (+ fee for their service) when they give me the KRA printout with the details.
