I am still yet to undestand how 1 million laptops will stimulate the economy.......there wold have been other measures that would have immediate effect like scraping excise tax and VAT on airtime....that will surely make people call more....oohh they are also building 10 fishponds per constituency or so i heard.... .....how the laptops will stimulate the economy sielewi......
