[Skunkworks] Data recovery, please help!!

Hi Skunks Anyone who can assist in recovering data from a failing external hard drive?? I am getting an error message that reads 'You need to format the disk before you can use it'!! I need data that is in the hard drive urgently. Any assistance will be highly appreciated. Regards Alex
