That means the address doesn't exist at the destination server. Has nothing to do with Wananchi or anyone else for that matter, but that is suspect, as a direct SMTP test (as shown by Muchai) indicates the address does exist.
 
The problem you had with Wananchi is quite separate and should be dealt with separately.

Now, if only you could get AK to have an rDNS record for your domain, if you are sending out e-mails directly from MDaemon to the final destination, you'd be a happy man. It does not matter though, if you use a smart host delivery config in MDaemon.

Perhaps that is the cause..rDNS checks.
