[Skunkworks] Stock Management Application

Hello, Am looking for a shop inventory management app that keeps track of supplies, stock balance, sales, etc for a wholesale shop. Either Open Source or "Low Cost". Am trying to ask Google but he always has many options. Anyone who can recommend a simple to use yet effective one? -- Warm Regards, G. Karani
