Ive always had a problem explaining to clients why content can only fall into sections and categories. Invariably, the client has called back to ask,  "can i create a sub category?"

On the ACL for users and content, it now puts Joomla in a totally different league, and basically prepares joomla for a truly multi user, multi category publishing.

Now for the security guys to tear it apart to make it impenetrable and youre competitor to none.
