Anyone knows a network engineer at KDN?

Despite making two phone calls and emailing support pinpointing the exact problem, we have not had connectivity on Butterfly WIFI - Kilifi for three days now.

Their authenticating server 10.61.32.1 is down, we (Butterfly Customers in Kilifi) are losing business due to the downtime caused by the non-responsive authentication server.

Also, their DHCP server 10.199.0.1 has an 99.98% downtime. We all have resorted to setting static IP addresses. We are on the verge of keeping a spreadsheet with client and IP address to reduce IP conflicts.
