70character? I beg to differ. This should be password strength and does not intimate you have to type 70 characters. You might need to go back and recheck. ---- Kind Regards, Alex Nyalita On Fri, Jun 22, 2012 at 5:10 PM, Jared Koyier <jaredkoyier@gmail.com> wrote:
I bought a .co.ke domain from Safaricom 2months ago @4000/=. Since then I have experienced service issues which take longer than acceptable amount of time to resolve, the first issue related to the wrong FTP details, when this was resolved I couldn't create a database on my hosting coz it required 70character long password, when this was resolved again, now the A records resolve to google instead of the IP to which my files are loaded. Been struggling with this bunch for the past 1 month incurring telephone cost of about 2000/= and lost business opportunity of about KES.0.5m. I've also incurred anger worth about 200k
My question is: 1. If anyone has some legal experience, do I have grounds to sue? 2. Does anyone on this list have Safaricom domain SLA? 3. is there anyone on this list who can serve as a witness(Similar experience)? 4. Other than the courts and what are the other redress that I can pursue? 5. Anyone here with similar experience? Please co-join in the suit?
