No need to worry as both pieces of info are correct once you realise that Samsung just went region specific; that "Made for Africa" mantra. The DVB-T2 compliant TVs are made with South Africa, Kenya and possibly later, parts of West Africa in mind.
From the samsutech page posted by Wash, it's actually 3 'models' that are DVB-T2 compliant: Those with the tag "LED *DIGITAL* SMART TV" (It's actually the same series - UA-xxES5600 but available in 3 screen sizes: 32", 40" & 46")
Just like Stephen's Dubai based stockist, most other google results may lead you to similarly named TV sets that were launched in the Middle East or the Indian sub-continent. These are not DVB-T2 compliant.
