Thanx, I did an update of the dashboard from the Huawei site and things look ok. I have also applied the fix you supplied as an added measure :)

So far it looks like the issue is fixed.

The only solution that seems to work is restarting the machine.

Brief details:

OS: Win 7 64

Modem: Safcom Huawei modem,  E220

Error Code: 720

How to replicate. Disconnect the modem, then attempt to reconnect.
