Am not sure if you have found a answer to the issue. I can only think of two possible things to check. 1) the https handshake with yahoo please do a tcpdump and see what the problem is from any workstation that has a problem. The netscreen configuration maybe breaking the ssl session during the packet inspection process or some ssl weirdness taking place. 2) The IPs used on LAN0 could be inadvertently be the same subnet as the yahoo mail. I believe you have used rfc1918 address space - but then again always worth checking. my 2 cents!. Mich
