Hello skunk*,

I have been trying to see if I can talk to any souls that work at Jambo Telkom. Yesterday I called Telkom and after being on hold for about 10 minutes, a gentleman working "at Telkom, home of Orange" gave me two numbers to call. These are 2216601 and 2249807.
While the former number seems always busy, the later actually goes through, and I am talking to Customer Care representative in Cairo, Egypt!! I speak to the lady, telling her that I'd like to talk to someone in Tech Support within Jambo Telkom. She's surprised what that is, and tells me that she doesn't know about the existence of such a company.

What has left me amazed though, are two things:

1/\ Very nice voice quality. I wish I could get that clear channel for my VoIP calls.
2/\ Does Orange have to outsource to Egypt? Is it cheaper there? Don't we have Call Centres in KE who can take that business?

And finally, I think I am almost giving up on this company called Jambo Telkom. It must only be existing on paper:)

Does anyone here know what SMTP server needs to be used by Kenyans on ADSL? Is it still mx.jamboworld.com???
