A great thing is usually ruined by few bad apples. We have brilliant , respectable minds interacting on this list. Let not this great forum be destroyed by those who do not care about progress.I think there is enough evidence of the need for regulation.

I usually disagree with many on this forum on different issues(many of whom are my friends) we go about discussions in an amicable way and can even do business together after that.

Countries have laws for dealing with few bad apples. I think we are in general agreement of the etiquette required here.

Moderator, do not feel any guilt in ensuring that this remains a forum remains respectable.

God is not an excuse for lack of discipline

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.As we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
