I bought the below device from Bestelll with the sole aim of linking my DVD player, USB via DVD player and get TV on my monitor. Wondering if there's a way that one can improve the picture quality, or is it a matter of importing chips. Wonder about the possibility of doing your own such device with chips that provide TV, USB, Analog video in and sound out , and possibly have an OS such as Android .
