Is anyone else experiencing problems with Google Apps or GMail chat? Mine is constantly disconnecting and re-connecting with the following error "We're experiencing technical difficulties that may prevent your chats from being sent."

Its not a speed issue as I am on fibre and the link is stable (I tested it).

Any ideas on how resolve this? Its getting really annoying.
