Any chance it can be uploaded somewhere on mirror.ac.ke for posterity? This a useful resource for local programmers. Someone here had also found the list of all (new/old) districts in Kenya and we could probably host that on mirror as well for the convenience of every other programmer ..

A long time ago, I got all postal codes by searching for * on some section for getting postal codes on posta.co.ke, but lost that list.
