Supposed you were subscribed  without clicking those nonses?..

Blaming Safaricom (or any other mobile phone company), is not any
sensible thing you can do. You subscribe to a service, then you pay
the price. I mean you must pay for your mistakes. In another view, I
noticed that whn you play a youtube video and you don't want the
adverts at the bottom of the video from appearing (the common one
telling you about al-shabaab), and you click on the "x" icon to close
the advert, a new page pops up directing you to a page where you have
some minutes to asnwer some questions, then enter your mobile phone
number.
I hav learnt, as an unwritten rule to never enter my cell phone number
, lest I face the ugly repercussions which are beyond my service
provider's control.

I hope you'll get over this "e-torture" soon.
