[Skunkworks] Prepaid Water Meters with Keypad

Dear All, We are looking for a digital water meter that can be programmed to allow for customers to pay for water consumption up front by feeding in units (similar to charging a mobile phone with air time credits) and the meter stops supplying water once the units are all consumed or reading ‘0’. Once a payment is made, a code is generated from the DB which is keyed into the meter and the meter should be able to verify the code from the remote DB.
