That should not be an issue. You will not put the container on a road
reserve. But the issue here is the general lack of data centers in sub
saharan Africa.

Much as I agree with you, a more pertinent question is whether we have data to justify this... Most business are not plugged in, along with individuals, the purpose of such a datacenter will be mainly to host email...
