Now, the reason they want Airtel is

a) they have already negotiated the rate with Airtel -
b) they cannot connect directly to Airtel because they don't have SMPP
client, web interface etc and license
c) they will introduce the PRSP as their partner to Airtel, so they
pay Airtel, and Airtel credit the PRSP's bulk message account
d) they will negotiate with PRSP directly on markup per message and
pay PRSP directly for that
e) they then use PRSP web interface for the above

They also will be sending messages automatically some interface
(http,etc) which they will connect to their system
