This probably doesn't prove anything... but Norwich Union house still boasts quite a number of cybers. The one on 7th floor is usually particularly busy, and closes late. Makes it an ideal meeting place for geeks :-)
Oh yeah, and the cybers in interfina house, open very early, close late. They seem averagely busy.
I concur with @Kibui, cyber's are no longer just about internet, but related services.
Of the several times I have visited a cyber, it is often while waiting for someone, or waiting for the rain to stop raining, or waiting for freak traffic jams to clear.
I can answer one question:
