Yeah, guys run DNS servers that are configured according to their taste. Some of them don't have time for "shortcuts" like: "rndc reload zone_name_here", and the equivalents, so:
00 17 * * * * rndc reload
Yaani sysadmins nowadays are lazy like that! NKT!!!!! In our days we would juggle 15 such tasks per minute (while fanning the modems so that they don't overheat) .... what happened!!!
The more the technologies advance, the lazier we become!
