David, I do agree flash does add up some user appeal to a site. but as we have experienced some developers over using flash on and making the loading period a bit slow. i would advice anybody who is in love with flash to try and consider other channels like using xml for example to load the heavy files rather than embedding the images/files in one flash project. also ajax or creating small flash projects that have a calling to one. That is just a personal preference, I like quick to load, easy to browse sites. Flash is good if creatively used, unfortunately that is not common with whoever does all these Joomla government sites.

@ David, may I ask why "no flash" is a good thing? :) -- Regards Martin
