[Skunkworks] Recommendations on Ad Network solution

Hi guys, It's been long since I last posted here. Now, a client of mine are looking for a solution for an online advertising network (functionality almost like Google Adsense). I was wondering if I could get I recommendations of an existing platform or if, from this list I can get a good developer to develop a custom solution altogether.
