Alex, thank you for the recommendations...will check these out! I did not realize MTN offered SIP services. Stephen - I definitely know there can be legal issues around call termination. I am only interested in this for the purpose of using a Ugandan local number to receive support calls for a Ugandan business from Ugandan customers calling fro within Uganda. I am not interested in selling low cost calls into or out of Uganda. The primary reason for the SIP requirement is for better integration with helpdesk software. I believe this puts me on better footing? Any input appreciated.
