Happily in Antananarivo. According to the guy who stamped my passport on arrival, a visa is required for _all_ nationals since Jan this year. You can get it on entry @ 25 euros < 30 days stay, more for longer, or you can get it at a Malagasy high commission or embassy at your country of residence before you leave. It's more about the 25 euros than anything else so everyone goes through.
