@ Phares I guess the 'head-hunters' (not the red-indians in the forest) - usually go by a sort of Hierarchy,, they try to give jobless degree holders out there a chance first,, then diploma holders,, then certificate holders .. That is what I have noticed with most of these head-hunters,, even customer care jobs,, they will start with degree holders..
